Return & Refund Policy of AnimeOrig

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all orders placed via https://AnimeOrig.com. By completing checkout and purchasing goods from our store, you agree to all return, exchange and refund terms listed below. This policy meets consumer protection requirements for customers located in the United States, European Union member states and the United Kingdom.

1. Return Eligibility Timeframe

You may submit a return or full refund request within 30 calendar days after the day you receive your package.
Requests sent after the 30-day window will not be accepted, except for items damaged during shipping or factory defective products.
Pre-order items follow the same 30-day return rule, counting from the delivery date instead of the pre-order payment date.

2. Valid Return Conditions

We only approve returns that satisfy all of the following rules:
All items must remain unused, unwashed, unmarked, and kept in original intact packaging with all original tags, accessories and stickers attached.
Goods cannot have scratches, stains, deformation or damage caused by improper use by customers.
Custom printed merchandise, clearance final sale goods and limited blind box sets are non-refundable and non-returnable unless the product arrives broken or defective.
You must provide your order number, photos of the product and shipping label when submitting a return application.

3. Damaged, Defective, Wrong or Missing Items

If your parcel arrives with damaged goods, factory defects, incorrect items or missing products, please contact our customer support within 7 days after delivery:
Send clear photos of the outer shipping box, damaged products and shipping label to support@AnimeOrig.com.
We provide two free solutions for qualified defective orders: brand new replacement re-delivery or full refund for the faulty item.
We cover all shipping costs for replacement shipments caused by our packing error, production defects or logistics damage.

4. Order Cancellation Rules

Full free cancellation and full refund are available before your package is dispatched from our warehouse.
Once your order has been shipped, cancellation requests will be treated as standard return requests under the 30-day return rule.
Wholesale bulk orders cannot be cancelled 48 hours after payment confirmation.

5. Return Shipping Cost Rules

If returns are caused by our mistakes (wrong items, defective goods, missing products), we take full responsibility for all return shipping fees.
All return shipping fees are fully covered by our store regardless of personal preference returns. Any customs duties or import taxes generated during return transit shall be borne by the customer.
Our store provides 100% free worldwide standard shipping for all orders with no minimum threshold. Since no original outbound shipping fee is charged to customers, no outbound shipping refund will be issued for voluntary customer returns.

6. Refund Processing Timeline

After we receive and inspect your returned package, we will approve your refund request within 3 to 7 business days.
All refunds will be sent back to your original payment method, including PayPal, credit card and Shopify Payments.
The actual arrival time of funds depends on the processing speed of your payment provider, normally taking an extra 5 to 15 business days.
Partial refunds will be issued for partial item returns, minus relevant shipping and customs fees where applicable.

7. Non-Returnable Merchandise

The following product categories cannot be returned or refunded without factory shipping damage:
  • Custom personalized printed goods
  • Clearance, flash sale and final sale products
  • Opened wearable accessories and hygiene items with original packaging removed
  • Digital downloadable artwork files
